Toughened and laminated safety glass are classified to BS EN 12600. Replacing only the glass in an existing frame is generally treated as a repair rather than notifiable work.

Before anything goes into production you get a written order acknowledgement with sizes, finishes and handing for every item. Check it carefully, because made-to-measure items cannot be returned if the sizes were wrong.
