Delivery and lead times
We deliver made-to-order glazing products to sites, yards and units across the UK. The delivery charge is shown on your quote and the delivery date is confirmed when your order is acknowledged.
How long does manufacturing take?
| uPVC windows and doors | typically 3 to 4 weeks |
|---|---|
| Aluminium windows and doors | typically 4 to 5 weeks |
| Steel-look aluminium windows | typically 4 to 6 weeks |
| Composite doors | confirmed when you order |
| Sealed units, glass, roof glazing, commercial systems and hardware | confirmed when you order |
Times run from a confirmed order, after you approve the order acknowledgement. Busy periods and special finishes can take longer; the date on your acknowledgement is the one to plan around.
Where do you deliver?
Our standard routes cover mainland Great Britain except Highland, Moray and Argyll and Bute. Those areas, the Isle of Wight and other islands, and Northern Ireland are quoted for the postcode. See all areas.
How is a delivery booked?
Once your order is in production we confirm the delivery date. Tell us about site access, weight limits, parking and a contact on site so the right vehicle is booked.
What should I check on arrival?
Count the items against the delivery note and check for visible damage before signing. Report anything missing or damaged straight away.
