Who we are

For enquiries, quote requests and trade account applications made through this website, the data controller is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company no. 16703925), Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. If you go on to place an order, S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company no. 16932889), which trades as Trade Glazing UK, is the controller for your order, account and contract records. What we collect

• Enquiry and quote forms: name, company, phone, email, delivery postcode, product choices, sizes and anything you write in the message.
• Trade account applications: business name and type, contact name and role, phone, email, business address, company and VAT numbers if given, expected spend and product interests.
• Live chat (if you choose to use it): the messages and details you give in the chat, plus technical data used by the chat service.
• Analytics (only if we switch on Google Analytics and you accept optional cookies): pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use enquiry and account details to reply to you, prepare quotes, assess and run trade accounts, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For business customers we also rely on our legitimate interest in running and developing our trade supply business. We use optional cookies only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Who we share it with

• Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• tawk.to, which provides live chat, only if you open the chat or accept optional cookies.
• Google, for analytics, only if we switch on Google Analytics and you accept optional cookies.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there.
• Our email provider, which stores and delivers the emails we send and receive.
• Netlify, which hosts this website.
• Higgsfield, whose content delivery network (Amazon CloudFront) serves the photographs and video on this website and receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
• Other S&K Group companies and the manufacturers and carriers involved in fulfilling an order, where you place one.

We do not sell your personal information. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Order, account and invoice records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, to meet accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
