Double glazed sealed units for Stowmarket jobs
Sealed units are made to the exact glass size, so the measurement is the size of the unit itself. When replacing a misted unit, measure the old unit once the beads are off.
Glass in critical locations, such as doors, side panels and low-level glazing, must break safely, be robust or be protected; in practice that usually means toughened or laminated glass. Mark those units on your schedule.
- Manufactured to BS EN 1279
- Aluminium or warm-edge spacer bars
- Spacer colours to match frames
- Georgian bars between the panes
Delivery to Stowmarket
We deliver to sites and yards in Stowmarket as part of our mainland delivery service. Delivery is priced on the quote, so you know the full cost before you place the order. Postcode districts include IP14.
Getting a price
Give us width by height in millimetres for each item, the quantity, and the finish. We check the schedule and come back with anything that needs clarifying.
Trade pricing is for businesses that buy for their own jobs or clients. Apply for an account online; it takes a few minutes.
Measuring tip
Measure the glass, not the frame: remove the beads and measure the existing unit, or measure the rebate and deduct the glazing clearance. Give width first, then height, and the overall unit thickness.
Stowmarket is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Suffolk page for a summary.
