Window and door hardware for Banstead jobs
Keyed-alike cylinders let one key open several doors, which helps on rental properties and small commercial sites.
Cylinders are measured from the centre fixing screw to each end. A cylinder that sticks out too far is a security weak point, so get the size right.
- Butt and flag hinges
- Letterplates, knockers and spyholes
- Friction stays in common lengths
- Window handles in key-locking and push-button styles
Delivery to Banstead
For Banstead, delivery is to your site, yard or unit. Tell us about any access limits, such as weight restrictions or narrow streets, so the right vehicle is booked. Postcode districts include SM7.
Getting a price
Send a photo of each part with a tape measure against it, or the part number if you have it, and we come back with a matched trade price.
Trade accounts are open to installers, builders, developers, landlords and property businesses. Apply online and your account terms are agreed when it is opened.
Measuring tip
Hardware is identified by measurements, not names. For cylinders measure from the centre screw to each end; for handles measure the spindle length and screw centres.
Regulations for jobs in Banstead
On doors and windows tested to PAS 24, replace hardware like for like so the tested combination is kept. Escape windows must still give their full clear opening, so any restrictor or stay needs a release catch.
