Ordering window and door hardware for jobs in Merseyside
Whether a door or window meets PAS 24 depends on the tested combination of door and hardware. Changing parts can affect that, so match like for like on certified products.
Cylinders are measured from the centre fixing screw to each end. A cylinder that sticks out too far is a security weak point, so get the size right.

Delivery across Merseyside
Orders for Merseyside go out on our mainland routes. The delivery charge and date are shown on your quote, and the date is confirmed when your order is acknowledged.
Building regulations in England
On doors and windows tested to PAS 24, replace hardware like for like so the tested combination is kept. Escape windows must still give their full clear opening, so any restrictor or stay needs a release catch.
We do not start manufacturing until you have approved the order acknowledgement. It repeats each size, colour and opening direction so you can check it against your survey.
