uPVC tilt and turn windows for Felling jobs
Large sashes are heavy, so we check each size against the hinge rating for the system before confirming your order.
For bedrooms that need an escape window, a tilt and turn sash can give a large clear opening from a single sash. Give us the clear opening you need; the quote shows the clear opening the sash gives, and your installer confirms it meets the escape requirement.
- Double or triple glazed sealed units
- Child-safe and restrictor options
- Large sash sizes for escape openings
- Concealed or surface hinges depending on the system

Measuring tip
Tilt and turn sashes open into the room, so check that blinds, radiators, deep sills and furniture will clear the sash before you confirm the size.
Regulations for jobs in Felling
Replacement windows in England should meet Approved Document L: a U-value of 1.4 W/m²K or a Window Energy Rating of band B. Approved Document F expects background ventilation to be no worse than before, which usually means trickle vents. Glazing in critical locations must break safely, be robust or in small panes, or be permanently protected under Approved Document K, which in practice usually means toughened or laminated safety glass. Rooms that need an escape route may need an escape window under Approved Document B. Replacing windows is notifiable building work: the installer self-certifies through a competent person scheme such as FENSA or Certass, or the work goes through building control.
