uPVC sliding sash windows for Perth jobs
For listed buildings and conservation areas, the council decides whether uPVC sash windows are acceptable. Check before you order; once made to size, the windows cannot be returned.
Most vertical sliders are ordered as straight replacements for timber box sashes. If the originals have horns, glazing bars or a particular meeting-rail height, note it on your schedule and the new windows are made to match.
- White, cream and woodgrain finishes
- Georgian and astragal bar patterns
- Run-through horns or plain sashes
- Double glazed sealed units, with heritage spacer colours
Delivery to Perth
For Perth, delivery is to your site, yard or unit. Tell us about any access limits, such as weight restrictions or narrow streets, so the right vehicle is booked. Postcode districts include PH1.
Getting a price
List every item on one schedule with sizes in millimetres, width first. Add the finish and options per line and we price each one.
Trade accounts are open to installers, builders, developers, landlords and property businesses. Apply online and your account terms are agreed when it is opened.
Measuring tip
Measure between the stone or brick reveals and from head to cill at several points. Sliding sashes depend on a square opening, so note any lean or out-of-square in the reveals on your schedule.
Perth is in Scotland, so the building regulations for Scotland apply. See the Perth and Kinross page for a summary.
