uPVC sliding sash windows for Rochford jobs
For listed buildings and conservation areas, the council decides whether uPVC sash windows are acceptable. Check before you order; once made to size, the windows cannot be returned.
Most vertical sliders are ordered as straight replacements for timber box sashes. If the originals have horns, glazing bars or a particular meeting-rail height, note it on your schedule and the new windows are made to match.
- Twin sashes sliding vertically in a uPVC box frame
- Sash locks, sash lifts and restrictors
- Georgian and astragal bar patterns
- Spiral or constant-force balances sized to sash weight
Delivery to Rochford
For Rochford, delivery is to your site, yard or unit. Tell us about any access limits, such as weight restrictions or narrow streets, so the right vehicle is booked. Postcode districts include SS4.
Getting a price
Send your sizes as a schedule: one line per item with width, height, quantity and any options. A spreadsheet, a PDF or a clear photo of a handwritten list all work.
Trade accounts are open to installers, builders, developers, landlords and property businesses. Apply online and your account terms are agreed when it is opened.
Measuring tip
Measure between the stone or brick reveals and from head to cill at several points. Sliding sashes depend on a square opening, so note any lean or out-of-square in the reveals on your schedule.
Rochford is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Essex page for a summary.
