Woodgrain foils come in several shades of cream, white and colours. If you are matching existing windows on the same property, send a photo with your schedule and we will tell you which finish is closest.
A flush sash window is usually chosen for how it looks, so the details matter: hinge type, handle style, glazing bars and the woodgrain finish are all listed separately on your quote so nothing is left to assumption.

Delivery across Moray
Because Moray is outside our standard mainland routes, delivery is quoted separately for each order and confirmed before production starts.
Building regulations in Scotland
In Scotland the Building (Scotland) Regulations and the Technical Handbooks apply. Replacing windows in a house does not normally need a building warrant, but the new windows must still meet the building standards, including the energy standards in Section 6 and the safety glazing standard in Section 4. Listed buildings and conservation areas have their own controls, so check with the local authority.
We do not start manufacturing until you have approved the order acknowledgement. It repeats each size, colour and opening direction so you can check it against your survey.

uPVC flush sash windows in Moray: common questions

Yes. We deliver throughout Moray, and the charge for your postcode is shown on the quote.
Which building regulations apply to jobs in Moray?
Moray is in Scotland, so the building regulations for Scotland apply. The notes on this page summarise the main points for uPVC flush sash windows.
How do I get trade prices for Moray?
Send your schedule through the quote form or by email, and apply for a trade account if you do not already have one.
What is the difference between flush sash and standard casement windows?
On a standard casement the sash sits proud of the frame. On a flush sash it closes into the frame so both faces are level, which gives the look of a traditional timber casement.
Can flush sash windows be used in a conservation area?
Sometimes. Whether uPVC is acceptable is a planning decision for the local council, so check with them before you order for a property in a conservation area or a listed building.
