uPVC flush sash windows for Pontypridd jobs
Because the sash sits inside the frame rather than over it, flush sash windows need slightly different frame depths and fixing positions. We confirm the frame depth on the quote so you can plan the fixing before the windows arrive.
Many period houses are in conservation areas or are listed. Planning rules for windows are set by the local council, so check with the planning department before ordering for those properties.

In Wales the Welsh Government's own Approved Documents apply. Replacement windows must meet the thermal values in Approved Document L (Wales), which differ from England in places, and safety glazing in critical locations is covered by Approved Document N in Wales.
