Trade uPVC flush sash windows in Cambuslang

uPVC flush sash windows for Cambuslang jobs

Because the sash sits inside the frame rather than over it, flush sash windows need slightly different frame depths and fixing positions. We confirm the frame depth on the quote so you can plan the fixing before the windows arrive.

Woodgrain foils come in several shades of cream, white and colours. If you are matching existing windows on the same property, send a photo with your schedule and we will tell you which finish is closest.

• Multi-point locking with heritage-style handle options
• Matching run-through sashes for a balanced sightline
• Double glazed as standard, triple glazing available
• Mechanically jointed or welded corners depending on the system

Regulations for jobs in Cambuslang

In Scotland the Building (Scotland) Regulations and the Technical Handbooks apply. Replacing windows in a house does not normally need a building warrant, but the new windows must still meet the building standards, including the energy standards in Section 6 and the safety glazing standard in Section 4. Listed buildings and conservation areas have their own controls, so check with the local authority.
