Double glazed sealed units for Aldridge jobs
Glass in critical locations, such as doors, side panels and low-level glazing, must break safely, be robust or be protected; in practice that usually means toughened or laminated glass. Mark those units on your schedule.
Overall thickness has to match the frame rebate. A 28mm unit will not go into a frame glazed for 24mm, so check before you order.
- Georgian bars between the panes
- Spacer colours to match frames
- Manufactured to BS EN 1279
- Toughened, laminated, obscure and acoustic glass options
Delivery to Aldridge
Deliveries to Aldridge are booked once your order is in production. The charge is itemised on the quote and the delivery day is confirmed with you in advance. Postcode districts include WS9.
Getting a price
The quickest way to get a price is a schedule listing each item with its size, quantity, finish and options. Email it to us or send a photo of it on WhatsApp.
Trade accounts are open to installers, builders, developers, landlords and property businesses. Apply online and your account terms are agreed when it is opened.
Measuring tip
Measure the glass, not the frame: remove the beads and measure the existing unit, or measure the rebate and deduct the glazing clearance. Give width first, then height, and the overall unit thickness.
Aldridge is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the West Midlands page for a summary.
