Double glazed sealed units for Kendal jobs
Toughened panes in a unit carry a permanent BS EN 12150 mark. Ask if you need units labelled by window number so the installer can match each unit to its frame.
Sealed units are made to the exact glass size, so the measurement is the size of the unit itself. When replacing a misted unit, measure the old unit once the beads are off.
- Georgian bars between the panes
- Made to size in common thicknesses such as 24mm and 28mm
- Toughened, laminated, obscure and acoustic glass options
- Low-E coated inner pane and argon gas fill
Delivery to Kendal
We deliver to sites and yards in Kendal as part of our mainland delivery service. Delivery is priced on the quote, so you know the full cost before you place the order. Postcode districts include LA9.
Getting a price
List every item on one schedule with sizes in millimetres, width first. Add the finish and options per line and we price each one.
Trade accounts are open to installers, builders, developers, landlords and property businesses. Apply online and your account terms are agreed when it is opened.
Measuring tip
Measure the glass, not the frame: remove the beads and measure the existing unit, or measure the rebate and deduct the glazing clearance. Give width first, then height, and the overall unit thickness.
Kendal is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Cumbria page for a summary.
