Double glazed sealed units for Ascot jobs
Toughened panes in a unit carry a permanent BS EN 12150 mark. Ask if you need units labelled by window number so the installer can match each unit to its frame.
Glass in critical locations, such as doors, side panels and low-level glazing, must break safely, be robust or be protected; in practice that usually means toughened or laminated glass. Mark those units on your schedule.
- Low-E coated inner pane and argon gas fill
- Spacer colours to match frames
- Toughened, laminated, obscure and acoustic glass options
- Manufactured to BS EN 1279
Delivery to Ascot
Deliveries to Ascot are booked once your order is in production. The charge is itemised on the quote and the delivery day is confirmed with you in advance. Postcode districts include SL5.
Getting a price
List every item on one schedule with sizes in millimetres, width first. Add the finish and options per line and we price each one.
Already trading? Apply for a trade account and quote your account on each order so the right pricing is applied.
Measuring tip
Measure the glass, not the frame: remove the beads and measure the existing unit, or measure the rebate and deduct the glazing clearance. Give width first, then height, and the overall unit thickness.
Ascot is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Berkshire page for a summary.
