We deliver to sites and yards in Leicestershire as part of our mainland delivery service. Delivery is priced on the quote, so you know the full cost before you place the order.
Building regulations in England
Replacement rooflights and roof lanterns in England should meet a U-value of 2.2 W/m²K under Approved Document L. A lantern in a new extension is covered by the extension's own building regulations approval. Replacing a glazed or polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid roof usually takes the conservatory out of the exemption, so building control approval is normally needed.
Every order is confirmed in writing first. The acknowledgement lists each item exactly as it will be made, so any mistake in a size or handing can be caught before manufacture.
