Deliveries to Clwyd are booked once your order is in production. The charge is itemised on the quote and the delivery day is confirmed with you in advance.
Building regulations in Wales
In Wales, rooflights and lanterns must meet the thermal requirements in Approved Document L (Wales). Changing a conservatory's glazed roof to a solid roof will normally need building control approval. Check the detail with the local authority building control team.
Before anything goes into production you get a written order acknowledgement with sizes, finishes and handing for every item. Check it carefully, because made-to-measure items cannot be returned if the sizes were wrong.

The rules for Wales apply. You can specify roof lanterns to suit, and the performance values are stated on your quote. Your installer or designer remains responsible for compliance and any notification.
How do I get trade prices for Clwyd?
Send your schedule through the quote form or by email, and apply for a trade account if you do not already have one.
Do roof lanterns need building regulations approval?
A lantern in a new extension is part of the extension's building regulations approval. A replacement should meet the thermal requirements for rooflights.
