Trade ordering checklist
What to include on a trade order so it is made right first time.
Sizes
Width by height in millimetres, width first, for every item, with the frame size rather than the opening size.
Handing and openers
Opener layout and hinge side as seen from outside; door opening direction.
Finish and glass
Colour inside and out, glass type per pane, safety glass where required, trickle vents.
Delivery
Delivery address, access limits and a site contact.
Checking
Check the written order acknowledgement line by line before you approve it. Made-to-measure items cannot be returned if the sizes were wrong.
