Flat rooflights for Farnham jobs
Rooflights in England should meet the limiting U-value for rooflights in Approved Document L. The glazing can be specified to suit where the job is, and the U-value is stated on your quote.
A flat rooflight should not be laid dead flat. Water needs to run off, so the upstand is built to a slight fall or the unit has one built in.
- Toughened outer pane and laminated inner pane
- Minimal or hidden aluminium frame
- Square and rectangular sizes
- Double or triple glazed
Delivery to Farnham
Deliveries to Farnham are booked once your order is in production. The charge is itemised on the quote and the delivery day is confirmed with you in advance. Postcode districts include GU9.
Getting a price
List every item on one schedule with sizes in millimetres, width first. Add the finish and options per line and we price each one.
Open a trade account to order at trade prices. We ask for your business details and how you expect to order, and agree terms when the account is set up.
Measuring tip
Flat rooflights need a fall so water runs off. Build the upstand to a slight slope or use a unit with a built-in fall, and give us the upstand size.
Farnham is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Surrey page for a summary.
