Flat rooflights for Hawick jobs
A flat rooflight should not be laid dead flat. Water needs to run off, so the upstand is built to a slight fall or the unit has one built in.
Rooflights in England should meet the limiting U-value for rooflights in Approved Document L. The glazing can be specified to suit where the job is, and the U-value is stated on your quote.
- Double or triple glazed
- Minimal or hidden aluminium frame
- Solar-control glass options
- Made to your upstand size

Flat rooflights in Hawick
Is there a minimum order for Hawick?
You can order a single item. Delivery is priced per order, so combining jobs for Hawick usually works out better.
Can I collect instead of having flat rooflights delivered to Hawick?
Orders are delivered rather than collected. If collection would help on a particular job, ask and we will say whether it can be arranged.
Do you deliver flat rooflights to Hawick?
Yes, Hawick is within our delivery area. The charge and the date are confirmed when you order.
Why does a flat rooflight need a fall?
So rainwater runs off instead of sitting on the glass. The upstand or the unit provides the slope.
