Flat rooflights for Eastwood jobs
A flat rooflight should not be laid dead flat. Water needs to run off, so the upstand is built to a slight fall or the unit has one built in.
Walk-on and opening rooflights are different systems. If you need either, say so when you request a quote.

- Solar-control glass options
- Made to your upstand size

Regulations for jobs in Eastwood
Replacement rooflights and roof lanterns in England should meet a U-value of 2.2 W/m²K under Approved Document L. A lantern in a new extension is covered by the extension's own building regulations approval. Replacing a glazed or polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid roof usually takes the conservatory out of the exemption, so building control approval is normally needed.

Flat rooflights in Eastwood
Can I collect instead of having flat rooflights delivered to Eastwood?
Orders are delivered rather than collected. If collection would help on a particular job, ask and we will say whether it can be arranged.
Is there a minimum order for Eastwood?
You can order a single item. Delivery is priced per order, so combining jobs for Eastwood usually works out better.
Do I need a trade account to order flat rooflights for a job in Eastwood?
Yes, trade prices are for account holders. Applying is quick, and you can send your schedule for pricing while the account is set up.
Why does a flat rooflight need a fall?
So rainwater runs off instead of sitting on the glass. The upstand or the unit provides the slope.
