Flat rooflights for Scarborough jobs
The inner pane is laminated so that if the glass breaks it stays in place rather than falling into the room below.
A flat rooflight should not be laid dead flat. Water needs to run off, so the upstand is built to a slight fall or the unit has one built in.
- Built-in fall or set on a sloped kerb for drainage
- Square and rectangular sizes
- Made to your upstand size
- Toughened outer pane and laminated inner pane

Measuring tip
Flat rooflights need a fall so water runs off. Build the upstand to a slight slope or use a unit with a built-in fall, and give us the upstand size.
Scarborough is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the North Yorkshire page for a summary.
