Building regulations in Scotland
In Scotland, new rooflights and lanterns in an extension are covered by the extension's building warrant. For changes to a conservatory roof, check with the local authority verifier whether a warrant is needed.
We do not start manufacturing until you have approved the order acknowledgement. It repeats each size, colour and opening direction so you can check it against your survey.

Flat rooflights in Moray: common questions
Do you supply flat rooflights across all of Moray?
Yes. We deliver throughout Moray, and the charge for your postcode is shown on the quote.
Which building regulations apply to jobs in Moray?
The rules for Scotland apply. You can specify flat rooflights to suit, and the performance values are stated on your quote. Your installer or designer remains responsible for compliance and any notification.
How do I get trade prices for Moray?
Send your schedule through the quote form or by email, and apply for a trade account if you do not already have one.
Why does a flat rooflight need a fall?
So rainwater runs off instead of sitting on the glass. The upstand or the unit provides the slope.
Is the glass safe overhead?
The inner pane is laminated so broken glass stays held together.
