Flat rooflights for Ashford jobs
A flat rooflight should not be laid dead flat. Water needs to run off, so the upstand is built to a slight fall or the unit has one built in.
Rooflights in England should meet the limiting U-value for rooflights in Approved Document L. The glazing can be specified to suit where the job is, and the U-value is stated on your quote.
- Square and rectangular sizes
- Made to your upstand size
- Minimal or hidden aluminium frame
- Built-in fall or set on a sloped kerb for drainage
Delivery to Ashford
We deliver to sites and yards in Ashford as part of our mainland delivery service. Delivery is priced on the quote, so you know the full cost before you place the order. Postcode districts include TN24.
Getting a price
Send your sizes as a schedule: one line per item with width, height, quantity and any options. A spreadsheet, a PDF or a clear photo of a handwritten list all work.
Trade accounts are open to installers, builders, developers, landlords and property businesses. Apply online and your account terms are agreed when it is opened.
Measuring tip
Flat rooflights need a fall so water runs off. Build the upstand to a slight slope or use a unit with a built-in fall, and give us the upstand size.
Ashford is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Kent page for a summary.
