Flat rooflights for Walthamstow jobs
A flat rooflight should not be laid dead flat. Water needs to run off, so the upstand is built to a slight fall or the unit has one built in.
Walk-on and opening rooflights are different systems. If you need either, say so when you request a quote.
- Minimal or hidden aluminium frame
- Built-in fall or set on a sloped kerb for drainage
- Toughened outer pane and laminated inner pane
- Solar-control glass options
Delivery to Walthamstow
For Walthamstow, delivery is to your site, yard or unit. Tell us about any access limits, such as weight restrictions or narrow streets, so the right vehicle is booked. Postcode districts include E17.
Getting a price
Send your sizes as a schedule: one line per item with width, height, quantity and any options. A spreadsheet, a PDF or a clear photo of a handwritten list all work.
Trade accounts are open to installers, builders, developers, landlords and property businesses. Apply online and your account terms are agreed when it is opened.
Measuring tip
Flat rooflights need a fall so water runs off. Build the upstand to a slight slope or use a unit with a built-in fall, and give us the upstand size.
Walthamstow is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Greater London page for a summary.
