Regulations for jobs in Greenwich
Replacement rooflights and roof lanterns in England should meet a U-value of 2.2 W/m²K under Approved Document L. A lantern in a new extension is covered by the extension's own building regulations approval. Replacing a glazed or polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid roof usually takes the conservatory out of the exemption, so building control approval is normally needed.

Flat rooflights in Greenwich
Can I collect instead of having flat rooflights delivered to Greenwich?

Do you deliver flat rooflights to Greenwich?
Yes. We deliver to sites and yards in Greenwich, and the delivery charge is shown on your quote before you order.
Is there a minimum order for Greenwich?
You can order a single item. Delivery is priced per order, so combining jobs for Greenwich usually works out better.
Why does a flat rooflight need a fall?
So rainwater runs off instead of sitting on the glass. The upstand or the unit provides the slope.
