Flat rooflights for Rayleigh jobs
A flat rooflight should not be laid dead flat. Water needs to run off, so the upstand is built to a slight fall or the unit has one built in.
Walk-on and opening rooflights are different systems. If you need either, say so when you request a quote.
- Solar-control glass options
- Toughened outer pane and laminated inner pane
- Square and rectangular sizes
- Double or triple glazed

Measuring tip
Flat rooflights need a fall so water runs off. Build the upstand to a slight slope or use a unit with a built-in fall, and give us the upstand size.
Rayleigh is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Essex page for a summary.
