Flat rooflights for Cambridge jobs
Rooflights in England should meet the limiting U-value for rooflights in Approved Document L. The glazing can be specified to suit where the job is, and the U-value is stated on your quote.
A flat rooflight should not be laid dead flat. Water needs to run off, so the upstand is built to a slight fall or the unit has one built in.
- Double or triple glazed
- Solar-control glass options
- Square and rectangular sizes
- Made to your upstand size

Measuring tip
Flat rooflights need a fall so water runs off. Build the upstand to a slight slope or use a unit with a built-in fall, and give us the upstand size.
Cambridge is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Cambridgeshire page for a summary.
