Composite doors for Coity jobs
For flats where the front door opens onto a common stair, the door may need to be fire-rated. Fire doors are a separate product and are not supplied as standard composite doors.
Handing is the most common mistake on door orders. State the hinge side as seen from outside and whether the door opens in or out, and we repeat it back on the quote.
- Range of door styles with or without glass
- Letterplate, knocker, handles and spyhole as specified
- GRP skin over a solid insulating core

Delivery to Coity
For Coity, delivery is to your site, yard or unit. Tell us about any access limits, such as weight restrictions or narrow streets, so the right vehicle is booked. Postcode districts include CF35.
Getting a price
Send your sizes as a schedule: one line per item with width, height, quantity and any options. A spreadsheet, a PDF or a clear photo of a handwritten list all work.
Open a trade account to order at trade prices. We ask for your business details and how you expect to order, and agree terms when the account is set up.
Regulations for jobs in Coity
In Wales, replacement external doors must meet Approved Document L (Wales), and glass in doors and side panels in critical locations must meet the safety glazing guidance in Approved Document N, usually with toughened or laminated safety glass. Replacing a door that is more than half glazed is notifiable building work, self-certified through a competent person scheme or approved by building control.

Composite doors in Coity
Can I collect instead of having composite doors delivered to Coity?
Orders are delivered rather than collected. If collection would help on a particular job, ask and we will say whether it can be arranged.
Which postcodes in Coity do you cover?
We deliver to all postcodes in and around Coity, including CF35.
Do I need a trade account to order composite doors for a job in Coity?
Yes, trade prices are for account holders. Applying is quick, and you can send your schedule for pricing while the account is set up.
Are your composite doors fire doors?
No. Standard composite doors are not fire-rated. If the door is a fire door, for example onto a common stair in a block of flats, it needs a certified fire doorset, which is a different product.
