Delivery across Shropshire
Deliveries to Shropshire are booked once your order is in production. The charge is itemised on the quote and the delivery day is confirmed with you in advance.
Building regulations in England
On doors and windows tested to PAS 24, replace hardware like for like so the tested combination is kept. Escape windows must still give their full clear opening, so any restrictor or stay needs a release catch.
Before anything goes into production you get a written order acknowledgement with sizes, finishes and handing for every item. Check it carefully, because made-to-measure items cannot be returned if the sizes were wrong.
