Delivery across Kent
Deliveries to Kent are booked once your order is in production. The charge is itemised on the quote and the delivery day is confirmed with you in advance.
Building regulations in England
On doors and windows tested to PAS 24, replace hardware like for like so the tested combination is kept. Escape windows must still give their full clear opening, so any restrictor or stay needs a release catch.
We do not start manufacturing until you have approved the order acknowledgement. It repeats each size, colour and opening direction so you can check it against your survey.
