Delivery across the Highlands
Because the Highlands is outside our standard mainland routes, delivery is quoted separately for each order and confirmed before production starts.
Building regulations in Scotland
In Scotland the Building (Scotland) Regulations and the Technical Handbooks apply. Replacing windows in a house does not normally need a building warrant, but the new windows must still meet the building standards, including the energy standards in Section 6 and the safety glazing standard in Section 4. Listed buildings and conservation areas have their own controls, so check with the local authority.
We do not start manufacturing until you have approved the order acknowledgement. It repeats each size, colour and opening direction so you can check it against your survey.
