Building regulations in Northern Ireland
Commercial glazing in Northern Ireland is controlled as part of the wider project by the council's building control service. A new or altered shopfront usually needs planning permission.
Before anything goes into production you get a written order acknowledgement with sizes, finishes and handing for every item. Check it carefully, because made-to-measure items cannot be returned if the sizes were wrong.
