Aluminium bifold doors for Longfield jobs
A traffic door is a single panel that opens like a normal door, so the set does not have to be folded back just to step outside.
The opening above a bifold carries the weight, so the lintel must be level and stiff enough. Check this with the builder before the doors arrive.
- Toughened double or triple glazed units
- Multi-point locking
- Thermally broken aluminium frame and panels
- Low or flush threshold options

Measuring tip
The structural opening above a bifold carries the running gear, so confirm the lintel or steel is level and can take the load before you give us final sizes.
Longfield is in England, so the building regulations for England apply. See the Kent page for a summary.
